a single-window platform. By eliminating repetitive
manual processes and enabling seamless data exchange
among trade partners, we have helped create a paperless, highly transparent cargo-handling ecosystem.
Starting at Delhi Airport and expanding to 15
airports across India, our platform has signi昀椀cantly
reduced cargo dwell times and improved visibility,
coordination, and operational e昀케ciency throughout
the supply chain.
What di昀昀erentiates Hans Infomatic’s solutions from conventional logistics software
platforms?
We do not develop software in isolation. Each product
is created in consultation with the industry. We engage
with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and
cargo handlers to understand operational challenges
before designing solutions. This collaborative approach
ensures our platforms are practical, intuitive, and
relevant to daily operations.
Automation and AI are transforming logistics
work昀氀ows. Hans Infomatic has invested in AI-powered
OCR technologies that extract data from invoices,
shipping bills, bills of entry, and other logistics documents with over 98% accuracy. These AI tools are
designed to integrate directly with existing logistics
management systems through secure APIs and seamless data connectors. This allows for smooth adoption
with minimal disruption, enabling automated data
extraction to fit naturally into current document
processing work昀氀ows. As a result, tasks that once
took days now take only minutes.
We are integrating AI capabilities that interpret
customer emails, identify RFQs, prioritise urgent
requests, and generate draft quotations for review
before sending. Our goal is to reduce repetitive tasks,
improve responsiveness, and enable skilled professionals to focus on strategic decisions instead of
administrative work.
Hans Infomatic recently launched WiseTrax
and Auto e-Sanchit. What gap are these innovations addressing?
The logistics industry now demands real-time visibility, faster compliance, and simpli昀椀ed work昀氀ows.
WiseTrax was developed to meet these needs.
Integrated into the iCAFFE mobile ecosystem,
WiseTrax allows cargo professionals to manage
AWB stock, transmit eAWBs, and track multimodal
shipment milestones through a single interface. It
enhances operational visibility and supports faster,
more informed decision-making.
Auto e-Sanchit complements WiseTrax as an
advanced automation layer within iCAFFE. It streamlines customs documentation by enabling automatic
generation, upload, and processing, improving compliance accuracy and turnaround time.
Together, these solutions help freight forwarders,
customs brokers, and logistics service providers
transition to end-to-end digital operations with much
less manual intervention.
How do you see emerging technologies like AI
and Blockchain shaping the future of freight
forwarding?
The industry is moving toward a phase where intelligent automation is central to operational e昀케ciency.
Predictive analytics, AI-driven visibility, and automated compliance systems will increasingly guide
decision-making.
At Hans, we are working toward fully paperless logistics work昀氀ows, especially for electronic
Bills of Lading (e-BLs). With Blockchain-backed
authentication and government-recognised digital
signatures, the industry is moving toward secure,
legally compliant, and instantly executable digital
documentation.
Our bulk digital signature capabilities, for example,
allow hundreds of documents to be signed within
seconds, signi昀椀cantly reducing turnaround times
and ensuring compliance integrity.
The industry must also address concerns about data
trust and security. While organisations see the value
of AI, many are cautious about sharing operational
data externally. At Hans Infomatic, we prioritise data
protection and compliance through robust security
protocols. Our platforms use advanced encryption
for data in transit and at rest, role-based access
controls, and regular security audits to safeguard
sensitive information. We ensure compliance with
industry standards and government regulations,
giving clients con昀椀dence that their business-critical
data remains protected. Balancing scalability and
data control will be a key issue in the next phase of
digital transformation.
What is the road ahead for Hans Infomatic,
and how will your evolving value proposition
continue to di昀昀erentiate the company’s service
o昀昀erings?
Continuous innovation is central to our strategy. In
addition to large-scale platform modernisation, we
are developing lightweight, mobile-昀椀rst applications
that keep logistics professionals connected to operations at all times. Upcoming features will include
predictive analytics dashboards for real-time cargo
tracking, integrated digital payments for seamless
transactions, and an AI-driven customer support
module. We are also planning to expand into new
airport locations and further integrate with partner
ecosystems, ensuring our users bene昀椀t from the latest
advancements as they are released.
Our new mobile-based ground handling and
昀氀ight management system is one example. It digitises
ramp handling, manpower allocation, equipment use,
training records, and billing work昀氀ows through a
real-time mobile interface.
The future of logistics technology will be shaped
by intelligent, interconnected, scalable, and usercentric platforms. At Hans Infomatic, our mission
is to support this transition and help India’s cargo
ecosystem become faster, smarter, and more globally
competitive.
