has evolved. 30-35 years
ago, logistics or freight forwarding
was largely relationship-driven
and heavily dependent on manual
processes. The internet was almost
non-existent.
Today, the industry has transformed into a highly technologydriven and globally integrated
ecosystem. The biggest evolution
has been the shift from being a
service provider to becoming a
strategic business partner for
customers.

Uncertainty has been among the
toughest challenges to navigate
— whether stemming from global
economic slowdowns, market disruptions, pandemics, or geopolitical
tensions and the supply chain disruptions they triggered. However,
one standout moment for me was
the 昀椀rst breakbulk shipment we
handled from Krishnapatnam Port.
I also consider myself fortunate to
have built and nurtured a strong,
versatile team whose resilience and
commitment helped us navigate
each of these situations like true
soldiers.

productive. Running is a major
stress reliever for me, while the
COVID period also encouraged
me to spend more time in the
kitchen and contribute to household
responsibilities.
I value time with family and
close friends, enjoy travelling, and
appreciate meaningful interactions
with people from diverse industries
and backgrounds. Mentoring young
professionals and sharing industry
experiences with the next generation is equally ful昀椀ling. Staying

me engaged both personally and
professionally.

and export hub, the sector is set

advice to young professionals would
