Advancing Through the Ranks by
Empowering Communities and
Creating Opportunities
The world is rapidly evolving, and India must keep
pace with this growth.
While over 60% of companies are embracing technology, adopting new software, and evolving with the times,
there are still many in non-metro cities who adhere
to traditional ways of thinking. These areas present a
signi昀椀cant growth opportunity, but because they are
not progressing as quickly, they are falling behind.
However, I am con昀椀dent that in the next 昀椀ve years,
these regions will catch up. In this context, we focus on
aligning people and processes to drive better decisionmaking and e昀케cient planning. Most of our facilities are
located outside major cities, and we make it a priority
to encourage local talent to join our organisation.
We have a structured training process in place,
focussed on developing individuals based on their
capabilities, passion, and hard work. Many of our
employees started as trainees and have advanced to
senior management positions. This is a testament to
the growth opportunities we provide.
We also support our employees by o昀昀ering educational
and external training programmes to help them reach
their full potential. Whether in Navi Mumbai, where we
started in Panvel or Ulwe, or in Delhi, where we are located
near Manesar, we have always made a commitment to
providing employment and training in areas where job
opportunities and skills development are limited.
By o昀昀ering in-house training and skill-building
programmes, we are not only helping individuals grow
but also contributing to India’s overall progress.
A New Era of Indian Industry:
Rising to Meet the Demands of a
Growing, Globalised Market
Politics plays a crucial role in shaping a country’s
economy and industry, and we are grateful for the stable
government we’ve had under PM Modi’s leadership
over the past decade.
The economy has remained stable, and the government’s e昀昀orts to promote and boost industrial growth
have had a positive impact, not only on the domestic
market but also on our international customer base. The
perception of Indian companies has shifted signi昀椀cantly,
and this change is overwhelmingly favourable.
As a result, customers—both Indian and international—
have become more demanding in terms of the services
they expect and the compliance standards they require,
which now align more closely with international norms.
We are fully prepared for this
shift, staying agile and meeting
these heightened expectations.
Our commitment to 100% compliance strengthens our portfolio
and underscores our dedication
to excellence.
Creating
Opportunities
through Regulatory
Evolution and
Making the Leap
towards a Modern
Future
There is signi昀椀cant potential for
growth, especially when it comes
to regulations and compliance.
With the introduction of new
products in the global market,
Indian customs laws need to
evolve and adapt. While customs
are gradually incorporating
technology and making strides
in modernisation, there is still
a gap that I’m con昀椀dent will be
addressed in the near future.
As for the future, we always
remain optimistic. We believe
there are endless opportunities
ahead, and we continue to strive
toward them. Our mindset is to
always dream big because we
昀椀rmly believe that tomorrow will
always be better than today.
The economy has remained
stable, and the government’s efforts to promote
and boost industrial growth
have had a positive impact.
The perception of Indian
companies has shifted
significantly, and this
change is overwhelmingly
favourable.
From Mumbai, we have
expanded to Delhi, Bangalore, and Chennai, with
plans to soon establish
a presence in Gujarat as
well. Our goal is to create
world-class facilities that
cater not just to the importexport sector, but also to
domestic markets.
