Ramanathan Rajamani gears up for a
second innings at AISATS
Air India SATS Airport Services (AISATS) announced the
appointment of Ramanathan Rajamani as its Chief
Executive Officer. This marks his second tenure as AISATS
CEO, a position he previously held from 2018 to 2021.
With a distinguished career spanning over two decades,
Rajamani brings a wealth of experience in leadership,
innovation, and operational excellence to the organisation. He joined SATS in 2011, where his proven track
record earned him significant accolades. Notably, he also led a fully-owned
subsidiary of SATS to win Singapore’s prestigious National Productivity Award in
2016. He has held pivotal roles within SATS, including CEO of AISATS from 2018 to
2021, CEO of SATS Security Services in Singapore, and Head of Projects and New
Services Delivery across the APAC region.

Mashabi as New CEO
Bernardo Nunes to lead global
operations of Chapman Group
worldwide
Saudia Cargo has
announced the
appointment of Eng.
Loay Mashabi as its
Chief Executive Officer,
effective January 01,
2025. Eng. Mashabi,
who currently serves as
Managing Director,
succeeds Teddy Zebitz, who will continue to
serve as a member of the Board of Directors.
Eng. Mashabi joined Saudia Cargo in August
2021 as a Board Member and then became
Managing Director in October 2023. Prior to
joining the company, he held several key
positions, including Deputy Minister for
Logistics Services at the Ministry of
Transportation and Logistics Services, Deputy
Governor for Planning and Development at the
General Authority of Customs, and CEO during
the inception phase of Al Soudah Destination
at the Public Investment Fund (PIF).
Bernardo Nunes has
been appointed as the
Chief Operating Officer
at Chapman Freeborn.
In this role, Nunes will
work across the
Chapman Freeborn
group, including Magma
Aviation, Intradco Global,
and the Arcus Air Group, to achieve strategic
objectives and foster long-term sustainable
growth. Apart from managing daily operations,
he will strengthen cultural, strategic, and
operational leadership at all levels of the
group.
Nunes returns to Chapman Freeborn after
previously serving as Director of Transformation and Analytics in 2021 and 2022, bringing
with him over 25 years of experience in the air
cargo supply chain and finance industries.
Paco Ortega takes charge of ECS
Group’s Expansion in the Americas
CargoTech brings transformation
and strategy expert Michael Teoh
on board
ECS Group has
announced the
appointment of Paco
Ortega as Regional Vice
President for the
Americas. Ortega will
spearhead ECS Group’s
commercial development efforts and work
to establish greater cohesion across its US,
Central, and South American operations.
Working in close partnership with Jean
Ceccaldi, Ortega will focus on aligning regional
initiatives with ECS’s global goals, strengthening client relationships, and expanding the
Group’s reach through targeted commercial
strategies and innovative digital tools.
With over 30 years at ECS Group, Paco Ortega
has led numerous major initiatives, including
integrating North American offices and
establishing key partnerships across the
continent.

CargoTech has
appointed Michael Teoh
as Head of Strategy.
Bringing over 14 years of
experience in Group
Strategy, M&A, and
transformation from his
tenure with AirAsia
Group and Qatar Airways
Cargo, Teoh will be instrumental in advancing
CargoTech’s mission to accelerate digital
adoption in the air cargo industry.
Since early October 2024, Michael Teoh has
taken on the responsibility of steering the
company’s strategy and member portfolio,
and supporting the adoption of digitalisation
within the industry. His responsibilities include
identifying air cargo industry challenges and
connecting them with innovative solutions
provided by CargoTech’s member companies
or prospective external tech partners.
Michelle Shi-Verdaasdonk new Chief
Procurement Officer at Electrolux
Effective December 09,
Michelle Shi-Verdaasdonk
has joined Electrolux
Group to take on the role
of Chief Procurement
Officer, responsible for
the procurement strategy
of direct and indirect
materials, logistic
services and product sourcing.
Michelle comes from Dyson, where her most
recent position was Chief Supply Chain Officer,
where she led the end-to-end supply chain of
the Dyson global network. Prior to that, she
worked as Group Director for Global Manufacturing and Procurement at Dyson. She was
also responsible for global quality and
manufacturing at Signify. Before that, Michelle
worked for Electrolux Group between 2010 and
2015 in a variety of global director roles within
manufacturing and quality.
Jubilant promotes Puneet Jindal to
SVP– Supply Chain role
Jubilant FoodWorks has
promoted Puneet Jindal
to Senior Vice President
of Supply Chain. In his
previous role as VP–
Supply Chain, Puneet
played a pivotal role in
process optimisation,
ensuring efficient
procurement, and implementing cost-saving
initiatives that significantly enhanced the
company’s operations.
Puneet boasts over two decades of expertise
in procurement and supply chain management. Prior to joining Jubilant, he served as
VP– South Asia Procurement at Carlsberg
Group, where he spearheaded regional
procurement strategies that improved supply
chain efficiency and fostered sustainable
growth. Puneet has also held key positions at
Reckitt Benckiser and Apollo Tyres.
Allcargo Gati elevates Deepak Pareek
to the role of CFO
Allcargo Gati has
appointed Deepak Pareek
as the Chief Financial
Officer. Deepak assumes
this role following his
tenure as Deputy Chief
Financial Officer,
contributing significantly
to the company’s
financial planning and operational efficiency.
Deepak brings over two decades of experience
in infrastructure project planning, execution
and financing, project management, debt and
equity fund mobilisation, managing and
implementing the financial strategies,
business management advisory, audit process
management, etc. Deepak has held CXO
responsibilities with Infrastructure Leasing
and Financial Services (IL&FS) Group before
joining Allcargo Gati.
