At AFKLMP Cargo we have successfully implemented our Cargo
SAF Programme and goSAF ancillary initiatives to increase the
use of SAF in our operations. In 2020, we launched the Cargo
SAF Programme, attracting investment from over 100 partners.
This initiative allows forwarders and shippers to fuel flights
with SAF, with customers choosing their contribution level.
They receive independently certified reports on SAF usage and CO2 emissions reduction.
In 2022, we introduced goSAF on our myCargo platform, allowing customers to choose
their SAF contribution level for each shipment. With four options available, customers can
proportionally reduce CO2 emissions when booking. The platform’s CO2 emissions calculator
determines costs, making goSAF accessible and appealing to customers worldwide.
