Rakesh K Singh appointed CEO of
YEIDA and Noida Airport
The Uttar Pradesh government has appointed Rakesh
Kumar Singh as the new Chief Executive Officer of the
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority
(YEIDA) and Noida International Airport Ltd (NIAL).
Singh's primary focus will not only include steering the
upcoming Jewar Airport towards successful inauguration but also enhancing the industrial development
efforts under YEIDA’s broader mandate, which involves
integrating the airport with surrounding industrial zones, logistics parks, and urban
infrastructure, thereby creating a comprehensive economic ecosystem.
A 2009-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, Singh has previously
served in multiple key roles, including District Magistrate in major cities and as Secretary to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. Notably, he also held the position of
Additional CEO of YEIDA between 2015 and 2016.

Schiphol has appointed
Eduard Molkenboer as
its new Head of Cargo,
effective August 05,
2025. Molkenboer brings
more than 30 years of
experience in supply
chain management,
including 25 years in executive roles across
both corporate and private equity environments. He succeeds Joost van Doesburg, who
stepped down in February 2025.
Molkenboer spent more than 12 years working
for the DHL Group, mostly in the supply chain
division where he eventually landed the role of
head of strategic products for Europe Middle
East and Africa. He left DHL in 2013 and has
not worked in cargo and logistics since then.
Molkenboer joins Schiphol from CleanLease,
where he served as CEO.
Geodis has appointed
Laura Ritchey as
President and Chief
Executive Officer of the
Americas region. She
succeeds Mike Honious
who is retiring after a
20 year stint at Geodis.
Ritchey will oversee the
management and growth of the region’s
multiple business units across North and
South America, including contract logistics,
freight forwarding and transportation.
Ritchey joins Geodis with more than 30 years of
experience, including 15 years in supply chain
management for both retail and third-party
logistics. She began her career in finance
before shifting into supply chain operations,
including sourcing, distribution and strategic
transformation. She was most recently chief
executive at Radial, which specialises in
e-commerce fulfilment solutions.
Oscar de Bok named CEO of DHL
Global Forwarding, Freight
The Supervisory Board
of Deutsche Post AG
(the DHL Group parent
company) has appointed
Oscar de Bok, currently
Head of DHL Supply
Chain, as CEO of DHL
Global Forwarding,
Freight (DGF), effective
August 16, 2025, for a period of five years.
Oscar succeeds Tim Scharwath, who is retiring
after serving eight years at the company.
A Dutch national, Oscar joined DHL Group in
1999 and and was Managing Director of DHL
Supply Chain for several countries and
regions, including Italy, the Nordics, and Asia.
In October 2019, he was named to the role of
CEO of DHL Supply Chain. Meanwhile, Oscar
will be replaced at DHL Supply Chain by
Hendrik Venter, who has successfully led
DHL’s supply chain businesses across
different markets and regions.

Pradeep Raman starts new position
at WIZ as CEO– Southeast Asia
Pradeep Raman has
taken over as the CEO
for the Southeast Asia
region at WIZ. In this
role, Raman will oversee
operations across
Singapore, Thailand, and
Malaysia. He will not only
continue leading the
Global Energy business but also take full P&L
responsibility for the company’s SEA operations.
With nearly 20 years of industry experience,
Raman brings a wealth of expertise in sales,
marketing, and logistics, gained from
working with renowned global companies
such as SpiceXpress, APM Terminals,
INTTRA, OOCL Logistics, and Mitsui OSK
Lines (India). Having joined WIZ five years ago
as its first employee, Raman played a crucial
role in building the company’s commercial
operations from the ground up.
Nadeem Choudhary takes charge as
Cargo Chief at Namaste Air Services
Namaste Air Services,
the General Sales and
Service Agent (GSSA)
for Ethiopian Airlines in
North India, has
announced the
appointment of
Nadeem Choudhary as
its new CEO– Cargo. In
this new capacity, Nadeem will lead cargo
business development, strengthen agent
partnerships, and elevate service standards.
Nadeem brings with him a strong track record
in cargo operations, commercial strategy, and
business transformation. With over 24 years
of experience in the aviation and air cargo
industry, Nadeem has held leadership positions
at reputed organisations including V-Link
(Mahindra), Emirates SkyCargo, Jet Airways,
and Aeroflot – Russian Airlines. He holds an
MBA in Marketing and Human Resources.
Yokohama-ATG promotes Nikhil Puri
to Sr VP– Direct Procurement
Yokohama-ATG has
announced the
promotion of Nikhil Puri
to Senior Vice
President– Direct
Procurement. In this
expanded role, he will
oversee procurement
operations across a
broader global footprint, including Southeast
Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
With over 21 years of industry experience,
Nikhil is known for driving performance-led
supply ecosystems, digital transformation,
and supplier partnerships. Since joining the
company in October 2022 as Vice President–
Direct Purchase, Nikhil has led raw material
planning and sourcing for all off-highway and
select passenger car segment plants worldwide.
Jubilant Ingrevia appoints Ahmad N
Khan as Sr Procurement Director
Jubilant Ingrevia has
announced the
appointment of Ahmad
Nadeem Khan as Senior
Director– Procurement,
based at its Corporate
Office in Noida. In his
new role, Nadeem will
lead the Procurement
function, focusing on strategic sourcing,
supplier relationship management, and
operational compliance across Jubilant’s
Specialty, CDMO, and Nutrition verticals.
With over 23 years of experience, Nadeem
brings deep expertise in driving strategic
procurement initiatives. His background
spans leadership roles in leading global
organisations with a strong focus on supplier
development, cost optimisation, and digital
procurement tools. Prior to Jubilant, he served
at Stahl as Procurement head. He has also held
roles at BASF, Siegwerk, Asian Paints, Cargill.
