cargo.one launches AI-powered Quoting and
Workflow Automation tools for forwarders
c
argo.one has rolled out
its latest product release,
introducing a suite of
enhancements focussed on
AI automation and smart
workflows. The new features
are designed to streamline the
end-to-end quoting process
for freight forwarders—from
initial customer inquiries to
昀椀nal bookings.
cargo.one’s new update
embeds three key features: AIPowered Automation – Extracts
shipment details from incoming
emails and retrieves relevant
rates from an AI-native database,
accelerating the initial quote
creation process. Uni昀椀ed Rate
Management – Consolidates
all rate types—live, static,
console, and gateway—into a
single platform for complete
door-to-door pricing. Integrated
Work昀氀ow Management – Enables
forwarders to handle all opportunities and quotations from a
centralised queue, streamlining
collaboration and execution.
The platform also allows
users to manually request rates
from airline sales teams directly
within the interface, eliminating the need to switch between
systems, while maintaining full
control over team-wide rate
access. By syncing quotes directly
to their Transport Management
System (TMS), freight forwarders can now manage hundreds
of quote requests daily without
toggling between tools.
