the traditional focus on cost and delivery timelines.
Full-stack supply chain platforms, those that integrate
warehousing, freight, digital infrastructure, and realtime intelligence, are emerging as foundational growth
enablers. This evolution is not only about achieving
operational visibility but also about achieving the
velocity, scalability, and adaptability needed to compete
in fast-moving markets.
Sunil Kharbanda, Co-founder and COO at Trezix
Software, describes full-stack supply chain platforms
as a shift from service providers to strategic partners.
“These platforms integrate warehousing, freight, and
visibility into a uni昀椀ed stack. By o昀昀ering a plug-andplay logistics backbone, they allow enterprises to scale
rapidly without investing in infrastructure,” he says.
Sunil highlights three critical elements that are
rede昀椀ning enterprise supply chain strategies.
“First is agility over assets: Companies now gain
access to warehousing, transportation management,
and inventory planning on a 昀氀exible basis, sidestepping
the need for ownership or capital outlay. Second is
faster market access: A pre-integrated network lets
brands test new geographies or product lines without
building local supply chains from scratch. Third is
data-driven decision-making: Unified data across
fulfilment, returns, and freight allows predictive
planning and margin optimisation. For enterprises,
this means supply chains are no longer linear cost
centres but responsive, data-enabled systems that
directly support business agility.”
This approach is echoed and further expanded
by Jakhar. “Full-stack supply-chain platforms such as
Prozo integrate warehousing, freight, and software
into one accountable backbone, allowing brands to
enter new geographies in as little as two weeks and
serve every channel—D2C, B2B, marketplaces, and
quick commerce—from a single inventory pool,” he
explains. Prozo’s uni昀椀ed control tower o昀昀ers granular,
real-time visibility into stock, performance, and cost
metrics, enabling immediate, analytics-led decisions on
routing, replenishment, and load balancing.
Jakhar points out that because Prozo’s infrastructure
is shared across a national network, clients can adjust
space, labour, and line-haul dynamically—expanding for
Diwali or a 昀氀ash sale, then scaling back when demand
normalises. The same stack enables standardised
compliance and audit processes, and any upgrades
in automation or AI forecasting benefit all brands
simultaneously. “This combination of speed, visibility,
and elastic capacity is already powering the growth of
more than 150 brands,” says Jakhar, underlining the
model’s capacity to turn logistics into a strategic lever,
not just a backend cost.
That strategic shift in perception is also underlined
by Patil. “The modern supply chain is no longer a set
of fragmented service providers. It is evolving into a
uni昀椀ed, integrated ecosystem. A full-stack approach,
where warehousing, inventory management, technology
and transportation operate under one umbrella, enables
businesses to function with far greater visibility, speed,
and reliability.”
Patil adds, “What’s changing now is the perception
of logistics itself. It is increasingly seen as a growth
enabler, not just a backend support function. At KSH,
we’ve been consciously building a full-stack o昀昀ering
that blends physical infrastructure with digital tools.
This ensures our clients don’t have to coordinate across
multiple vendors or navigate disconnected work昀氀ows.
This orchestration is what gives them an edge in a
competitive market.”
Jain highlights the evolution toward uni昀椀ed, techenabled ecosystems. “The rise of full-stack supply chain
platforms marks a fundamental evolution in how logistics
is managed, from fragmented processes to uni昀椀ed,
tech-enabled ecosystems. These platforms integrate
昀氀eet tracking, driver behaviour analytics, warehousing,
order management, and delivery orchestration into a
single dashboard.”
For growth-focussed businesses, Jain observes
that this means greater supply chain control, fewer
coordination delays, and faster turnarounds. “With
real-time intelligence, automated alerts, and predictive work昀氀ows, these systems help companies scale
sustainably while reducing friction across logistics
touchpoints,” he a昀케rms.
Raj focusses on enhancing contractual transparency
and logistics orchestration through digital infrastructure.
