Leadership and Talent Pathways In India’s Air Cargo
T
he Air Cargo Forum India (ACFI),
through its Women Empowerment
Task Pillar, successfully convened
Rising Together 2026 on March 06
in New Delhi, bringing together over 100
senior leaders and professionals from across
the air cargo and logistics ecosystem for a
focussed dialogue on advancing representation, opportunity, and inclusive growth.
Held at the Indian Aviation Academy
in alignment with International Women’s
Day 2026 and its call of “Give To Gain”, the
conference created a meaningful platform
for conversations around leadership visibility
and sector-wide collaboration, reinforcing its
commitment to fostering leadership pathways
and encouraging greater participation of
women professionals.
Centred on the theme “Ideas, Innovation
& Inclusion in Air Cargo,” the half-day engagement brought together representatives from
airlines, freight forwarders, airports, ground
handling organisations, technology providers,
policymakers, and emerging professionals to
exchange perspectives on building stronger
talent pipelines and enabling equitable participation across the industry value chain.
ACCD Annual Ball 2026 Culminates in a Grand

he Air Cargo Club of Delhi (ACCD)
successfully hosted its muchanticipated Annual Ball 2026 on
March 15, bringing together over
500 distinguished professionals from across
the air cargo and logistics fraternity for an
evening that celebrated industry camaraderie, collaboration, and shared progress.
Held at Bellanta by Stellar Resorts, the
event served as a vibrant networking platform for leaders, partners, and stakeholders
