On a personal level, my professional journey also re昀氀ects the importance
of resilience and support from leadership. Early in my career, when I joined
a new role, there were initial concerns and reservations about my ability to
manage responsibilities alongside personal commitments. I was transparent
about my schedule and responsibilities from the beginning, which initially
created some uncertainty among stakeholders. However, through consistent
performance and commitment, I was able to demonstrate capability and
reliability over time. I am particularly proud that during that phase of my
career, I earned two promotions within a relatively short period. Interestingly,
one of the individuals who had initially expressed reservations about my
role later became one of my strongest supporters and actively contributed
to my professional growth.”
